Shipping policy
All orders ship from our lab in Toronto, Canada. Orders are typically processed
within 3–5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your
order is on its way. As we make everything to order and by hand, at odd times
processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
CANADA
• $8CAD flat shipping on orders under $65CAD
• Free shipping on orders $65CAD and over
UNITED STATES
• $8USD flat shipping, or free shipping on orders over $65 CAD
• Duties & import taxes are on us. We prepay all duties and taxes on U.S. orders,
so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives. In rare cases, customs
may apply additional charges or delays at their own discretion, which are
outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE & REST OF WORLD)
• Europe: $10 flat, free on orders over $65 CAD
• Rest of world: $25 flat
• Orders shipped outside Canada and the U.S. may be subject to import duties,
taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are
the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
